The first Coreopsis "Full Moon" bloom. It's flopping down over Lamb's Ear.
Anise Hyssop "Golden Jubilee" is beginning to bloom. This plant is a bee magnet.
Still waiting on that datura.
Just enough morning sun for the tea olive at the corner of the house.
It's 75 degrees and sunny. High today should be in the upper 80s, maybe 90. Rain in the forecast for Wednesday through Saturday.

Wow, how sweet is that little nest filled with eggs. The mother knew this was a nice place to raise her little ones.
What color are your datura blooms going to be?
I have Anise Hyssop, but I don't know which kind. I love it. It's my first time growing it from seeds from a fellow FL gardening friend.

Apparently birds don't like me o my garden. I have no birds nests anywhere...and quite frankly it hurts my feelings. What...is my yard not good enough for a nest?

Flowerlady, you would know if it were Golden Jubilee. It's bright green from the start. There are lots of varieties though. If you want some seeds from this one in the fall, let me know. It produced lots last year at only 1/3 the size.
DP, I have feeders, nesting spots, and a bird bath. I think you just have to hold your mouth right. ;) That's a saying my mom uses.

Oh, the Datura is inoxia, white blooms. I also have a double yellow near the front door. It's budding too, but much slower.
I fear my begonias will die before the baby birds learn to fly! The Carolina Wren is taking lots of bugs and worms to her chirping babes. Can't tell how many, but I wish they'd hurry up and grow. We feel guilty sitting on the patio as we keep the mom wren from feeding the hungry babies.
I just planted that agastache and within a few days, it had a bloom. I'm looking forward to this one!
