I noticed. I went out to check my Sedum too. I have babies!
Looks like Larkspur to me. Poppies have a long single leaf with notches, except for California poppies, which have wispy blue. Nigella looks like a weed. I've left some really obnoxious weeds, thinking they were Nigella.
That is so neat to see the spring growth coming up now. All I have is an amaryllis to watch. It looks promising down there for sure.
