Today's post is brought to you by the word 'Rain'.

And the number, 37, as in degrees.

Four days of rain in the forecast. Perfect weather for scattering seeds.

Yes, same here. For today's blog story, I couldn't take photos of the birds going in and out of the birdhouses because of two days of rain. Oh well--it's good for the garden! :-)

Cheers,
Cameron

We NEED some of your rain down here. If we're lucky, the forecast says next Friday, the first day of spring. Guess, we'll just have to wait and see. I would not want your 37 degrees though. It's another gorgeous day here today.

Isn't today the first day of your job? Hope all goes well for you and that you get that position that was opening up too.

Yep, and thanks. I have to be there at 1pm for orientation. This is our first real rain in two weeks. I tossed out some fertilizer and some datura seeds this morning. The potager beds are new so I hope the fertilizer will speed things along a bit. This winter, I'll plant alfalfa instead of using chemicals finalizing my transition to 100% organic.

Hope you do get some rain.
