It has no Latin name. It's just something I tossed into a cart at the grocery store one day. Laura likes it. It's delicious if I do say so myself.
One thin prepared pizza crust. Or make your own. I'm lazy.
A handful of sundried tomatoes
Artichoke Hearts, sliced into ribbons
Black Olives
A jar of Pesto sauce. Or, you can make your own again. I'm lazy.
Cheese. I like a 4 blend Italian. You can also use mozzarella.
I put down the pesto sauce, scatter some diced sundried tomatoes, sprinkle the artichoke hearts evenly around, spread some black olives into the left over spaces.
Cover with lots and lots of cheese.
Bake. I set my oven for 425 and let it get real hot. I like the cheese to be brown and bubbly. A few red pepper flakes and some Parmesan at finish.
For Laura, I add thinly sliced green peppers and onions to her side. I don't care for those things, so I keep mine a bit simpler. Add some butter and garlic sauteed chicken if you're feeling cocky. Served with a fresh glass of dark sweet tea and a napkin.

Tom,
The real question here is did you grow and make the pesto sauce? Sure looks tasty!
No. I didn't make the ingredients. I was thinking tonight that it would be so much better with fresh tomatoes from the garden. Maybe this summer.
wow !!!
Great looking pizza Tom. The pictures are making me hungry and I'm just having my morning coffee.
Have a great day ~ FlowerLady
