Tom ~ Wish I could trade some of our heat for your cold temps, to even things out a bit. It is 80 but with the humidity it feels like it is 86. We had thunderstorms yesterday, more are expected today.
It's been raining here since yesterday afternoon and supposed to rain again tomorrow but clear up Sunday I think. I planted out the last of the Garden Phlox in 42 degrees that my friend had given me last week. The City decided to put sidewalks in her neighborhood after 70 years, and took a lot of her front yard so that meant she had to dig up a lot of her plants if she wanted to save them and transplant the entire front yard. She also gave me two small shasta daisy plants and some type of daylily that she had dug up because of the sidewalk construction. It's 40 degrees now and raining.

Tom, we are having erratic weather too! One week hotter than normal; the next colder. Last night was 42° with just a high of 50° predicted.
In Portland, Oregon we are having afternoons in the high 50s, but nights are in the low 30s. Still, everything is setting bloom.
Love your lovely blog.

We had 40 degrees the last few nights. I still have not unloaded the greenhouse so all is safe on this end!
