That is in a pot. Do you bring it in during part of the colder season. It is a great red.
It just hasn't been planted yet. I'll get to that in the morning. It is cold hardy to -30.

Those blooms look large enough to use for a satellite dish! :-) Love the color of both the flowers and the foliage.
