A skippadee doo dah day.

It's only 59, but the sun is warm. The owls were back this morning when I left for work. I think I heard some smaller hoots with them.

The daffodils are basking.

The crocuses are exploding.

I don't know the name of this weed, but it blooms blue and I love it. It grows everywhere.

Tulips? I haven't planted tulips for 2 years. I wonder if they'll bloom?

Shine on me sunshine, walk with me world, it's a skipadee doo dah day.

Look at your daffs and crocuses and those little blue flowering weeds are definitely a keeper n my book. Hope your tulips give you blooms. It's nice to see your gardens basking in sunshine, and that you are able to be out enjoying them. It is 75 here and has been a perfectly gorgeous day. I got some laundry washed and hung out, made some cuttings of my brug, stuck some little cuttings of tarragon, rosemary, and begonias in water and they are in my scullery window. I fed roses some rose food, and watered it in and hand watered other things as well.

Continue to enjoy this lovely day Tom.

(I had to laugh at Jim's comment which I think is in regard to comment #1.)

My or my what a wonderful day!!! You made me try and figure that darn song out in my head. The daffodils look great and crocus too. It will be nice to see it stay warm on a regular day. Nice photos.

Jean, I work in a garden center. Sunday is one of our busy days. :)

Don't worry, Hilda always answers the phone, "Yes Ma'am." Doesn't matter who's calling.

Jim...get off the floor.

FlowerLady, it was a beautiful day for both of us. I'll be glad when it's a regular occurrence.

FunHouse. I don't think I've ever seen a bollweevil on a rooster you made in vacation bible school.

Thanks LD. Soon, I should have more blooms than just these two. Lots of things are starting to bud. Another 2-3 weeks and the world won't look quite so brown around here.

Very pretty post! I love the blue, delicate, little blooms of the weed. I guess weeds can be pretty, too!
