Where were you?
I was working, G. I finally figured out this management thing. Let others do what they can do. You do what they can't. It's a whole lot less work than trying to do everything. Sometimes, they'll get it right.
It's called delegating authority.A valuable lesson,Tom, but it is hard to turn loose of control.
