I'd call him(is it a him?) Booger.It's a good southern name for what looks like a Beagle mix.But that's just how I think...
How about Pepper, or even Pep....that is a good garden dog name.

Give him a name to live up to. He'll meet your expectations when he outgrows the puppy stage.
If we would stay true to form, we would call him "doggy".We aren't very original when it comes to naming pets.
Koda. It's from the Sioux Indian word for "friend".
Koda is beautiful! I got a new puppy last week too. You are very right about the energy part.
