Sunday Dinner

I started the beans about 10am. A couple thick slices of fatty bacon provided the seasoning. The macaroni and cheese casserole came next. Once it was in the oven, I put the carrots on to boil. I added butter and brown sugar. A little salt made them sweeter. Rice was cooked as an afterthought. The gravy was made from the drippings of fried pork chops. The biscuits came from a can. Leftover brownies and a hot cup of coffee were dessert. The coffee was drank. The brownies remain. It's 77 degrees. There were a couple naps. It's a fine day.
