I bet it will do well there. The guy Roger on This Old House says water every other day for two to three weeks to guarantee root growth. I am going to finally get my potted rose into the ground today, and mulch leaves the rest of the day. High forty's most of the day.
You know what makes a flower gardener happy? Sunshine! Lots of it! It's suppose to be nice again tomorrow. Actually saw the sun come out in the afternoon and wondered what it was; it's been so long since we've seen it!
I am so jealous of your weather right now. We are fully into our rain season here. Your garden is looking quite nice and you have done a great job tidying it all up.
My 10 day MI isn't quite as nice but it's pretty good. Sun but in the upper 40's and low 50's.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your plantings and the ivy removal. I can imagine your happy to have some dry days ahead!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great forecast. My sister has that plum and loves it. It hasn't suckered like most plums do.
ReplyDeleteLucky you, Tom! Awesome, indeed! Enjoy it!
